Players wanting to try out for a rep team at the Pee Wee level are required to submit $100.00 for tryout fees for ice times. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure they are aware of which grouping he/she is to attend (groupings are based on 1st letter of last name). Players are required to attend ALL tryout sessions and requests for changes to groupings will NOT be accommodated.
A $25 administration fee will be charged for those withdrawing from tryouts. The tryout fee is non-refundable once one tryout has been attended. Please be sure any pinnies used during tryouts are returned to the person in charge.
Players invited to play on a rep team will be required to pay an additional $150.00 carding fee. This MUST be paid before the first league games.

Non Parent Paid Head Coach Fees for Rep Teams
For the 2017/2018 Season, WKMHA has hired Non Parent Paid Coaches for Midget Tier3, Bantam Tier 3 and Peewee Tier 2
All Players rostered to the Midget Tier3, Bantam Tier 3 and Peewee Tier 2 teams will pay $100 per month (September-February) to WKMHA to cover this expense
WKMHA Administration will collect player fees dated for the first of each month from September 1 through March 1.
Monthly payments will be collected prior to players being added to the team roster in September.

There is a $25 fee for NSF accounts. In the event that fees and charges are not covered within 7 days of notification, the player will be removed from the roster and withheld from participating with the team in any capacity, on and off the ice
In addition, teams will cover the cost of the coachâ€™s hotel room when attending tournaments if they are not able to get a complimentary room for them. All other expenses will be paid by the coach unless agreed upon by the team
